Description:
Really a good honest gun with nice original case color. 1-1/2 frame gun. This gun made with 28" Vulcan steel barrels, splinter forend, double triggers, auto ejectors, auto safety. Gun has capped pistol grip buttstock with an aging Hawkins brand pad. Gun may have been a 2 barrel set at one point given that the forend and barrels are both stamped "2" on the iron and lug. Either way, all numbers matching all the way around.
Gun remains in excellent overall condition. Barrels with about 95% original blue. Frame retains about 80% original case color which is quite nice and vivid. Forend is excellent and original. Buttstock is excellent with a factory wood pin in the stock head. It is not easily discerned but it is indeed there. Bores are bright and shiny. Mechanics are excellent. Gun is tight and on face. A very handsome gun!
