This is a Pre-Owned Shiloh Rifle MFG Sharps Rifle chambered in 45-70 Government , it features a 30\" octagonal barrel which is blued and sports a set of adjustable iron sights in which the front sight features a bubble level letting you know when the rifle is leveled. On the tang of the rifle features a Vernier peep sight which can more finely adjust elevation. The stock and forfend are made of wood, the stock has a metal buttpad. The receiver, lever, breech block, and hammer of the rifle is case hardened. It features a pre-set trigger that when the hammer is cocked and the rear most trigger is pulled it removes most of the take up on the main trigger thus resulting in the main trigger being very light and crisp for more accurate shots. This rifle also comes with 14 front sights that you can change depending on your preference. The previous owner also has a leather bag to cover the Vernier peep sight to protect it while not in use. There is some surface rust present on the peep sight, and on the hammer
