Auto safety, double trigger, straight grip, checkered butt, auto ejector, 1 1/8 oz proof, 2 1/2" chamber, splinter forend. The best rose and scroll engraving of the highest quality imaginable, it is in absolutely like new condition, retaining about 90% case color, black streaked French walnut, perfect screws, the gun is very tight with little use, about 15 1/4 LOP to a checkered butt, originally #2 of pair, the checkering is sharp, wood is perfect, just an outstanding gun at a price unseen on Pre-War English guns. In its oak & lather case with Purdey accessories.
