With Leather Holster Rig
Here we present a DWM 1916 Dated Luger P.08 Pistol, made in Berlin, Germany. These were made for the Imperial German Army and were used in the bitter fighting of trench warfare of the Great War.
The right side of the frame bears German proof & acceptance marks. The top of the toggle is marked with “DWM” and the top of the chamber is dated “1916”.
The overall condition is very good. Original finish. The action is excellent. The bore is in good condition with strong rifling. The grips are solid. Numbers match, including the grips, but excepting the magazine. The WWII era holster by Erhardt is in good condition. It comes with a spare magazine also with an aluminum base and the takedown tool.
