"Serial number 356294. Made in 1940. 45 LC with a 5 ½" barrel. This gun is in exceptional condition as British refinished. Grips are excellent. This gun comes with a factory letter confirming all features. This gun was sold to the British Purchasing Commission on June 18th, 1940. The guns shipped on this date are termed “battle of Britain" guns. The English routinely refinished guns after light use.
