"Serial number 116739. Made in 1885. 45 LC caliber with a 5 ½" barrel. This is a fantastic all matching artillery model. Almost all of the artillery models consist of non matching parts. This is one of only a handful that is all matching. This gun is in excellent condition with 95%+ of the original blue on the barrel and almost all of the case colors on the frame. Grips are excellent. This gun comes with a letter of authentication from noted Colt Single Action expert John Kopec. He declares it all original and awarded this gun the coveted Golden seal reserved for only the original and finest guns at Mr. Kopec’s discretion. This gun is also accompanied by an unpublished article on these rare all matching Colt Artillery models.
