Description:
This is a nice example of the Rare and Early Browning patent, barrel bushing Colt 1903 Pocket Hammerless. This Type 1 with a 4" barrel was only made in this specific configuration for a short time and only the real early ones had the Browning patent. The factory blue appears decent and the trigger a trace of the original nitre bluing. Lettering is remarkably even and deep. Please look at the provided photos for wonderful condition.
This Colt has a crisp action and nice short throw trigger. This is one of Colts most popular models and in this one in particular, a Colt Collectable.
