Description:
This SA/DA six shot revolver is a Smith & Wesson pre-war .32 Regulation Police chambered in .32 Long Ctg. It has a fixed half moon front sight, a fixed groove notch rear sight, square butt checkered walnut grips with S&W emblems on both sides, a round non-shrouded knurled knob ejector rod, and a 4¼ inch barrel. The bluing shows significant wear to the muzzle, along the barrel and to the frame. There is a significant area on the right side of the frame above and behind the trigger guard with some possible pitting. The bore is in very good condition with excellent rifling intact. The wood grips do show significant handling wear with 2-3 chips at the base. The bottom of the base of the grips has about a dozen small round indentations showing. The serial number indicates that it was manufactured during the late 1930s. .32 S&W Long

Metal Condition: High gloss bluing is worn in several places on the barrel and the frame. One very noticeable spot to the right side of the frame.
Wood Condition: "Significant handling wear to the wood grips, and some chipping at base. Butt of grips shows about a dozen round indentations.
Bore Condition: "Bore is very bright and shiny, with great rifling intact
