FIRST YEAR PRODUCTION MODEL 63 20" CARBINE, #1XXX, MADE IN THE WORST YEAR OF THE GREAT DEPRESSION IN 1933. This is a super condition example that retains about all the receiver and barrel blue with only the lightest of wear that you'd have to look carefully to find. Only the forend cap has dulled to a gray brown with traces of blue. Excellent wood showing very light handling only. Tight wood to metal fit, tight action, exc. bore, original sights. Hard to find a 20" first year M-63 in this condition.
