This like new condition Rem 700 chambered in .280 Remington cartridge, AKA the 7 mm Express Remington, a beast of a cartridge that was developed by Remington in 1957. The cartridge is based on a necked-down .30-06 Springfield, and is popular with hunters and target shooters alike. This legendary rifle sports a 22-inch stainless steel barrel and receiver, jeweled bolt, and features a gorgeous marbled laminate stock with sling eyes, and a factory Remington Super Cell rubber butt pad. This rifle appears to have never been fired post factory, and has definitely never had any optic installed on it, still having the rail mounting screws installed. All in all a pre-owned rifle but in new condition, and would make an incredible addition to any firearms enthusiasts' family. .280 Remington
