WW2 WWII MAUSER GERMAN S/42 LUGER 9MM PISTOL DATED 1937 WITH U.S. ARMY ORDNANCE OFFICER BRING BACK DOCUMENTATION. Brought back by Normandy thru Battle of Bulge U.S. Army Ordnance Captain (later Colonel) of Washington, D.C. The officer retrieved it from a box of captured side arms upon his return to England after the Bulge and kept it as a souvenir. In later years he replaced the grips but otherwise it is just as he brought it back-all original in good condition with battle wear. Has all matching numbers except magazine which is original. Excellent markings and Nazi Ordnance Waffenampt inspection stamps and proofs. Working order and very good bore. Have signed affidavit with story from family.
