Description:
Winchester Model 1892 Carbine chambered in .44 WCF (.44-40 Winchester). This is a lever-action repeating rifle designed by John Browning as a smaller, lighter version of his large-frame Model 1886. This model replaced the Model 1873 as the company's lever-action for pistol-caliber rounds. It features a blued 20-inch round barrel, full length tube magazine, saddle ring, and crescent butt. The rifle was manufactured from 1892 through 1941. This rifle was made in 1917. .44-40 Winchester
