Antique U.S. Military Remington New Model Army Revolver .44 Percussion Manufactured in 1864 during the Civil War. Overall condition is good. Extremely tight, solid gun that functions well with good indexing and tight lock up. 8" octagon barrel. Original walnut grips with visible cartouche present. Numerous U.S. Inspectors stamps throughout. Barrel as well as frame, show correct serial numbers from 1864 production. Loading lever clasp has had a past repair but functions just as it should. This is an extremely nice survivor from the Civil War that still functions well. Much better condition than most Civil War Remingtons out there and at half the cost. $35.00 insured shipping.
