Custom built for James Parker of 79 Queen Street, Cheapside 
Gun has brass furniture and is marked with owners name and address. I found the listing of addresses which shows James Parker located at 79 Queen St. 
Apparently it was common for officers to order their own rifles during this time frame
It is also marked 46th LT "Light Infantry"
Lock is marked Wilson 
Bulltplate is marked IIAC -
.750" caliber
39" barrel
Includes bayonet & powder horn
