Last of the Olymic Arms Prebans (New England) serial # BL 4255, H.F.R. Model, chambered in .223 5.56. This is a complete, ready to instal an upper and go fire. it is marked with the Rampant Lion emblem. Standard Mil spec. FCG. with a Commercial buffer tube and RRA branded butt stock and an A2 style pistol grip. Everything works as intended on this complete lower receiver.
