Description:
Perazzi Mirage o/u barrel, RARE flat rib 28 3/8" w/chokes & wrenches Excellent preowned condition.
Marked "Acciao Special Steel" ,"AD" proof marked **679 Serial#
Marked 18.4/18.4 bores barrel seems to be at factory specs other than fitted for Briley Thin Wall chokes (S-1) on top barrel
Bottom barrel is fitted with original factory choke tubes
Barrel weight is marked 1.460kg (actual weight on my scale is 1.461kg)
Barrel is super clean (95% I'd say) used very little. Unmolested other than Briley's on top barrel, never been re blued. Some very light scratching which are covered by the forearm.
*IMPORTANT: Barrel lug is Type 3, but the included CATCH BOLT ADAPTER (Action Tension Insert) modified Perazzi part #322 allows this barrel to be used on a type 4 action!
I had this fitted to my Type 4 at one point. *Purchase will include (5) factory choke tubes for the bottom barrel and (6) Briley Thin Wall chokes for the top barrel. (1) factory choke wrench & original Velour sheath, (1) Briley Speed wrench, & (1) spacer which will allow barrel to fit Type 4 action.
Bottom Barrel factory choke set iclude: Sk, Sk3, #2(.10th), #6(.25th) #10(.41th)
Top Barrel Briley choke set: IC(.12th), LMod(.16th), IMod(.25th), LFull(.31th), Full(.36th), XFull(.41th)
