This rifle is specifically an Enfield SHT 22 MK IV*. It is chambered in 22 Short. The "*" notation is significant due to adjustments that were made to have the magazine case act as a collector for spent rimfire cases. Please note that the magazine is stamped with a "R" to indicate its purpose. This rifle is found to have a great bore.
