Description:
The Winchester® SXP® Dark Earth Defender Pump-Action Shotgun uses a rotary bolt and inertia-assisted action to provide you with superfast follow-up shots. 4 massive lugs on the bolt provide incredible strength with a solid lockup, and dual steel slide bars eliminate twisting and binding when cycling the action. A durable synthetic stock with textured pistol grip and a tactical ribbed forearm gives your hands a non-slip grip in any environment, and the Defender's non-glare, flat dark earth finish on the barrel and receiver won't give your position away at night. A brass front bead is quick to pick up in any light, and the receiver is drilled and tapped for rails and scope bases. All SXP pump shotguns come with an Inflex Technology™ recoil pad which helps direct and channel recoil impulse, moving the comb down and away from your cheek, while a hard heel insert on the pad makes mounting the shotgun snag free. The bore and chamber are hard chrome plated. A solid lug attaches the barrel to the magazine tube that holds 5 rounds (plus 1 in the chamber). A cross-bolt safety button is located on the front of the trigger guard on the SXP Defender for easy access, even when wearing gloves.
