Description:
1926 Colt prewar SAA chambered 32–20 with a 5.5 inch barrel and blue/color cased finish. This is a very high condition original survivor. The numbers match on the frame, grip frame, and cylinder. The grips are numbered to a different gun however they fit quite well. The finish is in very high condition. The bluing still retains all of its deep dark shine throughout and the color casing is brilliant. As seen in the photos there is only very light and scattered handling and overall the finish rates 98%. The bore is bright and shiny with strong lands and grooves. The cylinder face is very clean. All four clicks are crisp and the lock up is tight. The grips are in very high condition with sharp checkers throughout. This 91-year-old single action will be tough to upgrade.
