Description:
Taurus® Model 66 Double-Action Revolver is a full-size sidearm suited for field carry and home defense. The medium frame revolver holds 7 rounds of powerful .357 magnum ammo, or .38 Special. The frame, cylinder, and barrel are constructed of stainless steel. Rubber grips absorb recoil and enhance user control. A full-lug ejector rod housing puts weight out front to minimize muzzle flip. The Model 66 revolver comes with a fully adjustable rear sight and a ramp front sight. An exposed hammer allows you to cock and fire the revolver in single-action mode; and a transfer bar safety mechanism prevents the hammer from striking the firing pin unless the trigger is pulled fully to the rear. The Model 66 also utilizes the Taurus Security System® (TSS), enabling you to disable the weapon completely with the turn of a key. The Model 66 Double-Action Revolver is an affordable and reliable self-defense gun that's easy to learn how to operate, and quick to deploy in an emergency. .357 Magnum
