I offer a non firing, non disassembly three day inspection return policy. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost both ways and also the return transfer fee from my FFL dealer as I am not an FFL dealer and the return has to be shipped back to him.

Description:
For sale is a Winchester Model 97 in 12 gauge made in 1938, SN 864711 in very good overall condition . It has a 30 " full choke barrel with a clean and shinny bore. The wood has seen some use with handling marks and dings , etc but no chips , cracks or defects , 13 7/8 "LOP . The metal also has light scratches and ware marks but no defects. It is in good working order. I was told when I bought it was all original finish and blue and I do believe it in looking it over .Buyer pays $75. Shipping and insured to lower 48 .
