The right side of the slide is marked with “MADE IN BELGIUM – ASSEMBLED IN PORTUGAL” The barrel is marked with S/N "245PN50834” and “cal 9mm LUGER”. The right side of the trigger guard is stamped "Crown over PV" which is the Liege's proof house mark since 1968 for smokeless powder proof. Barrel Length: 4.5 Inches Sights / Optics: The front sight is a blade fixed to a base on top of the slide. The rear sight has a "square” cut-out. Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are finely checkered black PACHMAYR “Signature Model grips with Thumb Rest on both sides. They are free of damages. Rating in Fine Plus and Excellent overall condition. Type of Finish: Polished deep Blue/Black Finish, in 99% like-new condition. Finish Originality: All Original Bore Condition: The bore is mirror bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion or signs of much use outside of the factory, if any at all. Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. The pistol appears to have been stored nearly all of its life with infrequent handling. The slide serrations are sharp, the barrel is free of operational wear. The markings are clear. Overall, this handgun rates in about excellent condition. The Browning Hi-Power pistol, first produced in 1935, is one of the best combat pistols ever designed. Lightweight, accurate, with a comfortable grip angle and chambered in 9mm with a 13-round capacity magazine, the Hi-Power is still being used or has just recently replaced by military forces in over 50 countries worldwide.
