Mossberg Model 353 - Semi - Auto Carbine .22 LR Rifle - Checkered Monte Carlo walnut pistol grip style stock with a black Tenite hinged pull down hand grip style forend with sling swivels and butt plate which are in excellent condition. Auto loading, 7 round clip style magazine for .22 LR ammo. 18 In. long AC-KRO-GRUV carbine style barrel with adj. open rear sight and and a ramped front bead sight. Receiver grooved for scope . Includes a New Optima 3x9x32 scope with see- thru rings and lens protectors. Wgt. 5 lbs. Bore is clean and bright . Barrel and reciver are retaining approx. 95% plus bluing. Stock and forend are in excellent condition with minimal handling marks. Includes a new leather carry strap and a new soft sleeve. The overall condition is excellent with very little wear. These carbines make great starter rifles for younger shooters. Extremely hard to find in this condition. Nice addition to your Mossberg collection. Manufactured from 1972 to 1985.
