******** SOLD ********This is a nice gun from years of collecting by a private.
Winchester Model 43 Standard in 218 Bee caliber. This is a very early production rifle with a period correct peep sight and leather sling. The peep sight is a Lyman Model 57A and the rifle has not been drilled and tapped. The bore appears to be in excellent condition and so is the stock with the original steel butt plate. The finish on the action has approximately 60% of the original bluing. The barrel shows more wear and has less bluing, but is in good condition. The barrel has some pitting on the outside and there is a good picture of this so be sure and look at all of the pictures carefully.
