Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty as we have no ammunition to test them with. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. We do not refund original or return shipping if an item is returned. We do not refund transfer fees or credit card fees. Due to high shipping costs we do not ship handguns to C&R licensees.

Here is a very nice reconditioned BYF 43 Mauser 98 Designated Marksman or Sniper rifle in 8x57mm. This rifle has been reconditioned by Mitchell's Mausers but apperas to be an original Marksman rifle with correct stock, original scope base and original ZF41 scope. The scope was made by Busch Optik (CXN code) and is serial number 70636. Please see the pictures for markings and ask questions if you need more infor or clarification. Original Mitchell's Mausers box is included along with a certificate that states it is all original but reconditioned. Thanks for looking!
