Very nice original condition Colt New Service in 455 Eley. Gun has the rare 4 1/2" Barrel and was shipped to Dodge and Seymour of India in 1916, see attached Colt Letter.
The gun remains in excellent condition and is still chambered in 455 Eley, many of these have been altered to fit 45 Colt.
At some point in the past the Lanyard loop had been removed in a very professional way.
The gun would be a great addition to your Colt Collection.
