Description:
Here's a unique Colt Officers Model Match revolver who's serial number dates production to 1959. Although nickel was never cataloged as a factory finish for the Officers Model Match during it's entire production run from 1953 to 1969, this revolver is documented to be authentic as per the included Colt Archives Letter. The overall condition is excellent with some scattered minor imperfections in the finish, most notably on the left sideplate and slight cylinder drag line. The condition of the recoil plate, cylinder face and forcing cone indicate light use. The correct target grips are also in excellent condition, but please note someone has apparently encribed their last name, zip code, and social security number on the inside of each panel.
