Description:
For sale is a beautiful Boxlock made by Simson for Iver Johnson Sporting goods. The gun is in 12g. and chambered 2-3/4". It has 28" fluid steel barrels with Mod and Full Chokes. The stock dimensions are 14-3/8" over its original horn buttplate. And the drops are 1-9/16" and 2-13/16". The bores are in very good condition with no dents or damage in the tubes. There is normal bluing wear from use. The fine engraving on the gun is very nicely done. The circassian walnut stock and forend have had their finish lightly freshened by myself and the original checkering cleaned up. The gun does have ejectors and their function is good. The buttstock does have a little bit of cast off for right hand shooters. It is also fitted with breech sideclips and a steel grip cap. The weight is 6 lbs. 8 oz. Shipping cost to FFL or C&R is included.
