Description:
This Krag is in very good to excellent, unaltered condition with stock cartouches very readable.  Color case hardening colors and barrel bluing around 90%, barrel bands and trigger guard around 70% with some blue fading near muzzle and some spotting.  The bore has strong rifling.  There is moderate pitting for about the first 10” or so from the throat forward, with occasional light pitting further down the bore.  Wood is around 90-95% with some handling/storage marks, and surprisingly a little figure.  The buttplate shows some wear and perhaps 40% blue.  Additional photos are available on request.  The rifle will ship in a hard case with shipping and insurance an additional $110.  Shipment to an FFL holder only with a signed FFL copy required to ship.  Payment may be by Postal or Bank Money Order or Cashier’s Check.  Personal checks are accepted, but shipment will occur 3 days after the check clears and the FFL is in hand. Be sure your FFL will accept firearms shipments from a private individual.
