The Optima PRO rifle features a fluted barrel made of 416-grade stainless steel. Real stainless steel, as opposed to nickel-plated or spray-on paint, protects against corrosion on the outside and the inside of the barrel. That fluted barrel measures 29 inches, with a 1:28-inch twist rifling with Bullet Guiding Muzzle — all for greater downrange accuracy.  From a components standpoint, the Optima PRO has a smooth break action and Weatherproof 209 ignition. For durability and ease of use, check out the stainless steel 209 breech plug and exposed hammer with transfer bar safety. There’s a built-in ramrod extension, plus a CrushZone recoil pad, and a Quake Claw Sling.
