This USED Marlin Model 36-RC, lever action rifle chambered in the iconic .30-30 Winchester, was manufactured in 1947. It features a JM stamped 20 inch barrel and iron sights. The Model 36 was only produced for a few years (1945-1947) making it rarer then the more modern model 336 that replaced it in 1948.
