Gentlemen, for sale is a Savage model 99 take down, 22 Hi Power caliber. This is a magnificent rifle, for a gun that is 100 years old. Specifications. as follows: made in 1923 in Utica, NY,USA, nice wood stock, Marbles rear buckhorn sight, brass shell counter, original steel butt plate, outstanding bluing, perfect bore, significant case color on the lever and all original condition. The bluing on this piece is really outstanding. Look at the pictures of the receiver, underneath where the gun is usually carried there is no wear. The 22 Hi Power caliber is very sought after caliber. Savage collectors you do not want to miss out on this beautiful piece. This gun is great shooter or collectible.
