Gentlemen, for sale is a Weatherby Vanguard rifle. It’s a bolt action rifle in 30-06 caliber. This is a very good rifle in nice condition. The gun has very strong original dark bluing. Specifications as follows: LOP 13 1/2 inches, all original high grade wood with beautiful cut checkering, rosewood forearm and grip caps, Weatherby rubber butt pad, perfect bore, and 24” barrel. The wood is very good but does have a number of handling marks from hunting. Rifle is equipped with a strong set of scope rings. Manufactured in Japan, then moved to Southgate, CA. This is a very good piece. Weatherby rifle shooters you don’t want to miss out on this gun. The 30-06 is a great all around caliber for big game. On African Safari’s I have bagged Mountain Zebra and Wildebeest with this caliber. Great pictures attached. Good luck and thanks for looking. Shipping fee is a flat $60. Reasonably priced at $865.00
