SALE PENDING......Walther P-38 made in 1944. "byf 44". I was told that this one was made by Mauser. All matching numbers 7200 b. Belonged to an old friend who has had it over 50 years. Story goes that it was a battlefield pickup. It had a couple drops of blood on the barrel that tainted the bluing. No way of authenticating the story so take it with a grain of salt. Very tight action with the Bakelite grips. If you are looking at this you no doubt know more about it I do. It has been looked at by a knowledgeable military weapons guy that told me what it is. Pictures show it. Please add $40 for shipping and handling to your FFL dealer or C&R license.
