Description:
This is a rare, excellent condition German Drilling. This Drilling is beautifully made and has intricate engravings on the receiver and trigger guard. The Drilling is serial matching on the barrel, receiver, and inside the recoil lug recess on the receiver. The top of the barrel is stamped “Made by Gebr.Adamy, Suhl, Germany” and “Sole US Agents Sloan’s Sporting Goods, New York.” underneath is stamped with the serial, “Krupp Laufstahl” for the barrel maker, proof marks, and 7.8mm on the rifled barrel. The bluing on the drilling is in excellent shape with a blemish on the rear of the right shotgun barrel near the breach caused by the scope thumb screw. Stock is also in excellent shape. Weaver scope rings/mount. Scope has clear optics.
