These very handsome rifles are built on high serial number Springfield M1 receivers and have been accurized to the Expert Level with new premium quality 24 inch barrels chambered in 30-06 caliber with steel bedding and front end modifications. The gas system is modified as well as the trigger which features a crisp break. Match sights. The charcoal gray/black parkerized finish looks as new. As does the extra fancy American Walnut furniture with beautiful figure. This 2004 National Match Armory Camp Perry Presentation rifle was presented by the Civilian Marksmanship Program to the winner of the Pistol Award Presentation as per the CMP Certificate of Authenticity.
