22 RF. S# 6936. 2 1/2" octagon bbl. 7 shot round cyl. has partially knurled surface. Brass frame is marked "TRANTER'S PATENT" on left side. Left bbl. flat and cyl. have British proof marks. Sides of brass frame have foliate scroll hand engraving with straight line borders. Spur trigger. 2 piece walnut grips. Housed in a British trade case with blue cloth fitted interior. Case lid is fancy burl veneer with brass sheild presentstion plate. 80% blue. Hammer has very good fire blue. Brass frame has acquired a pleasing mild brass tarnish. Grips have lightly worn finish showing handlng marks. Very good bore. Sound mechanics. Shipping $30.00
