Description:
Serial #NSN, 9mm RF, 17 3/8 inch slightly shortened barrel with a very fine bore with slight roughness and rework at the muzzle. This is the model 36 single shot, bolt action shotgun manufactured by Winchester from 1920-27. The tiny take down shotgun is in very good overall condition with barrel faded to a mixture of blue and plum-brown with scattered use marks and some scratches. The one piece plain walnut stock has a surface crach on the right side just below the bolt extending about 4 inches but is otherwise solid with older contusions and has the original hard rubber Winchester butt plate. A fairly scarce little gun that is perfect for shooting pests at close range. FFL or C&R
