Description:
Serial #932202, .30-06, 24" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This rifle was originally made in 1918, and has a 10-44 dated High Standard replacement barrel installed. The metal retains about 85-90% of an arsenal-added parkerized finish, with silvering along the high edges, as well as bright metal along the bearing surfaces of the non-matching bolt ("3383"). The walnut stock and handguard have numerous small handling marks and blemishes, with a faint, but still legible "FJA" inspector cartouche on the left side at the wrist, and the stock compartment is empty. This is a very nice WW2 rebuilt ‘03, and is in very good overall condition. FFL or C&R
