With the optics-cut slide, you can run a red dot on this compact design, aiding in increased accuracy, range, and transitions. The beavertail is extended. You get deep cut thumb slats for a more aggressive texture. The trigger guard fits holsters better with Shadow Systems' newer trigger guard design. The slide features a thin profile. The corners of the Shadow Systems slide are beveled and angled forward in the rear for more comfortable carry. The beveled cuts on the front aid in re-holstering.
