Here we have a Colt Pre-Ban HBAR SPORTER MATCH Model. It has the Standard post front and adjustable two-leaf rear peep sights, 20 inch Heavy Competition HBAR barrel with a 1/7 twist, standard markings on the lower receiver, correct A2 pattern upper receiver with deflector and forward assist, checkered grip, and fixed buttstock with a checkered trapdoor buttplate. The bolt has "MP C" dot matrix on it. The rifle has some light handling and storage marks that look consistent with going into and out of a safe. It is in very good overall condition with everything working like it should. The barrel is bright with strong rifling. This PRE BAN Colt HBAR Match Sporter would make a great addition to a collection or an excellent shooter. One Colt branded metal magazine comes with the rifle.
