Smith & Wesson Model 40 Centennial fitted with a 2 inch pinned barrel, fully concealed hammer, numbered to the gun smooth wood service grips with S&W medallions, grip safety, is blue finished, and chambered in .38 Special. This 1971-1972 vintage Model 40 is in near new condition, retaining 99%+ of its original finish, possibly factory test fired only. The bore looks like new and the action functions the same. Comes with a S&W box numbered to the gun, but no paper-work or factory provided cleaning rod and brush.
