SOLD TIMOTHY KOPSKY This is a very nice Remington Model 37 TARGET RIFLE. specs are weight 13# as pictured, barrel length is 28" barrel diameter is 1.05" at the receiver and .79" at the muzzel. length of pull from center of trigger to center of buttplate is 13". There are some handling marks on the stock, barrel condition would rate 99%. the barrel is equiped with Unertl type target scope blocks and the receiver and the muzzel of the barrel have blocks to install olympic type open/receiver sights. PLEASE NOTE THIS RIFLE WAS PREVIOUSLY SOLD AND RETURNED. THE BUYER CLAIMED PROBLEM WITH THE TRIGGER AND THAT WHEN THE BOLT WAS CLOSED THE FIRING PIN WOULD DROP. SO IN THEIR INFINITE WISDOM THEY MESSED AROUND WITH TRIGGER WHEN I FOUND THAT OUT,I REQUESTED THE RIFLE BE RETUNED AS IS IT WAS NOW A LIABILTY PROBLEM. I TOOK IT TO MY LOCAL GUNSMITH WHO CHECKED IT OUT. WHAT THEY THOUGHT WAS THE FIRING PIN DROPPING WAS ACTUALLY WHEN THE BOLT CLOSES IT SETS THE TRIGGER FOR A LIGHTER PULL AND THEN HE ADJUSTED THE ACTUAL TRIGGER PULL TO ABOUT 5 ONCES ALSO THE RIFLE IS SET UP FOR SINGLE SHOT ONLY THERE IS NO MAGAZINE CLIP..
