"U.S. Randall Springfield Fighter World War II era knife. Very hard to find. This knife has been sharpened and polished on the blade over the years. The handle remains very good and is correct. These knives were semi production knives being produced at North Hampton Cutlery to alleviate the war shortage problem and the demands from his shop. The sheath is correct. The ""male"" snap has separated from the leather strap, but is in the ""female"" snap. A skilled leatherworker could repair the snap. These war-time Randall knives are very difficult to find.Austin location.
