Description:
The 24 gauge is known as a European Woodcock Gun. This Bernardelli Umberto 1 was made in 1938 and retains quite a bit of its original finish. Remaining case colors are pleasing. Scalloped receiver with sideclips and a Greener style square third fastener. Extractors. Straight grip stock with long trigger guard tang. Manual safety. Mirror bores with 2 1/2" chambers. Right barrel is choked Modified while the left is Full. Original Bernardelli buttplate. Excellent stock dimensions with LOP of 14 1/4", drop at comb - 1 1/2" and drop at heel of 2 3/16". Included are 4 boxes of 24 gauge cartridges as shown (2 1/2", 8 shot, 11/16 OZ). I have an additional 16 boxes for sale for $15 per box plus shipping. This is a delightful gun to handle. Shipping is $75.
