We provide FFL transfer services along with gun and gun accessories sales. ://uppervalleyarmory Description: **SOLD** Stevens New Model Single Shot Pocket Rifle, Second Issue, with Matching Metal Stock, #21811, .22 cal., 18" round barrel, blued finish to barrel, hammer, trigger, screw heads, hooded front sight and adjustable flip-up rear sight; frame is nickel plated as is the trigger guard and grip buttplate; grips are smooth wood. This New Model Single Shot Pocket rifle is accompanied by a matching serial serial numbered nickel-plated metal stock. Markings include the serial number stamped in three locations: first, on the left-side barrel flat at the breech; second, on the bottom of the butt cap; and third, on the forward bottom flat of the nickel finished shoulder stock; on the top flat of the barrel at the breech is marked the J. Stevens barrel address with a portion of the address covered by the adjustable flip-up rear sight. Condition of this rifle is overall very good+ showing approx. 72%-74% blued finish to the barrel assembly, majority of blued finish to hammer and trigger with traces of blue to sights and screw heads; the nickel frame, trigger guard and butt cap are overall very good to fine showing approx. 97%-99% finish; the nickel-plated stock displays approx. 98%+ finish. Wood stocks are overall very good with scattered small old mars and scratches from handling and storage. Mfg'd between 1875-1896 when approx. 15,000 were produced.
