Description:
This Colt is somewhat unusual in that it sports a 6" barrel and is ejectorless. The barrel is absolutely a factory job however like all of these that are found does not letter. The gun letters with a 2 1/2" barrel. The rumor between collectors is the individual who ended up purchasing the revolver didn't like the accuracy of the shorter barrel, so they sent them back and the factory then put a 6" barrel on the gun and left it ejectorless. This example is in very fine condition showing much of the original nickel finish. The hammer, screws, and trigger show most of their original nitre blue. The ivory grips have the last 3 digits written on the backside of them. Mechanically this Colt functions as it should in single and double action.
