Built in 1935, the double single set up is two independent single triggers that allow the shooter select which barrel to fire first and then pull the same trigger again to fire the sceond barrel. A great idea, but it proved to be too expensive,so these guns were only built for three years. This one has 261/2" solid rib barrels marked improved cylinder and modified. But the barrels measure much tighter at .014" in the bottom and .025" in the top. The gun is in excellent original condition retaining 95% of the original blue and 98% of the original wood finish. The stock retains the original Browning over under buttplate. The barrels are on face and lock up to the action with no play. I have shot clays with this gun and it functions perfectly. A great all around bird gun and a classic piece of Browning history. C&R eligible. Price includes shipping to your FFL.
