Description:
This is a beautiful Winchester Model 21 Trap grade side x side with a set of 32" factory vent rib barrels and a set of 30" factory vent rib barrels. The 30” barrels have Briley thin wall chokes and the set was added to the gun, by the factory (see Cody letter) in 1950. There are 5 Briley S-26 chokes that are 2 Cylinders, 2 Light Mods (in the gun) and 1 Full. The bores and the chambers are in excellent condition. The serial number on this beautiful Model 21 is 8911. The barrels have little if no bluing wear, as shown. There is a little wear where the beavertail forend meets the barrels. There are no pits, rust, cracks or chips on this gun. This gun features fixed FULL/IM chokes on the 32" barrels that now measure IC/IM and they are factory bored 3" chambers. So this can and will shoot 3" magnum shells. The top lever is slightly to the right of center and the gun locks up tight. The wood is very beautiful and in very good condition with wonderfully executed B grade checkering. The trigger is a factory single selective type. The LOP is 14-3/4” to a pad and gorgeous Monte Carlo. It all comes in a red felt lined leather, luggage style, case with leather over straps and brass locks. What a GUN!
