Quality Hardware M1 Carbine .30 Carbine. With a Rock-Ola barrel dated 1943 (appears to be 4/43, month is faint), serial 1582749 has double-rivet guard, rocker rear aperture sight and a sling. MARKINGS: "P" on barrel, "AAX" forward of grip left, 10" in sling slot, stock cartouche, "P" at grip and a partial rack number. A canvas bore cover (Dave Mfg., 1944) is included. No magazine. CONDITION: The bore (four lands) is good with areas of mild roughness. Metal finish is approximately 50 percent and wood finish is approximately 60 percent. Rear sight is loose. The price is firm and layaway is available. $2,250 plus shipping.
